A - Maze

A-Maze is a dungeon crawl inspired by retro games like Bomber Man, Pac Man, Snake and Tron. The player has been sucked into a popular arcade game must escape from the maze while being chased by scythe wielding maniac Maze Master and his minions.

Our interpretation of the prompt life in 2 dimensions, inspired us to go with a voxel model approach that expresses pixel art in 3D, indicating that the player has fallen into a retro game world.

Controls:

Click the nodes to move from point to point (this is buggy atm, so keep trying different nodes!).

Click on enemies to attack them.

Click and hold to look around.

If you collect the treasure chest, press space on the same location for a shortcut, but be aware- the Maze Master wont be far behind!
